Be aware that this doesn't video chat in HD video, only VGA. Nor is the 720p in 30fps. It's more like 10fps.
Isn't that a question of internet bandwidth? The fps in most webcams will drop in low light settings.

If purchasing two of these, although the casback T&Cs don't say so, I'm guessing it would be safer to have 2 separate receipts?
Went ahead and did that, but OW didn't give me the 5% price beat - I wasn't going to stand there and argue the point over $1, but I feel ripped off. lol
Just realised it doesn't have built in microphone.
It does actually, its strange that the comparison chart on the box says otherwise. But I've used it, and my comp has detected a mic. If you're still not convinced:
