anyone had issue with Bundll APP?
yesterday (Oct 19), APP showed in maintenance for full day. online chat available but just said to wait. after I had to organize to make payment by other cards, it was back normal after 7pm.
but nothing updated from them.
today APP crashed again forced logout then couldn't login showing password wrong, then error 500 if trying to send reset link.
worse thing online chat gone "Our office is currently conducting an evacuation." are they on fire?

seems this is their standard message when there is a problem.
I tried to chat with them once before when the app was down and this was also the message heh.
checked now it's showing "maintenance" same as yesterday.
tried to pay with saved card in wallet it went through, so assume my direct debit setup wouldn't be rejected.
I had that a few days ago. I think I'm going to stop using bundll, they don't have any rewards anyway.
it gives you a handful of points, 1 velocity per $5 repaid
but it's mainly (for me) handy when churning credit cards.

I had the same issue yesterday, and today I coudnt log in with my existing password.
Did anyone have issues with the transaction history, I have never been able to view it.
finally back after 4pm today. yesterday was 7pm. don't know why they have blog / facebook, but just lazy to post anything.
hope it's not "sth breach" though I'm also lazy to change password.
Even if its a breach, it doesn't really matter, if your details were leaked from Medibank and Optus, then everything Bundll holds is already public information.
Looks like another outage that started yesterday and continues today.
I note that they are not accepting new customers either.
Anyone know if Bundll charges international currency conversion fees?
It doesn't really matter if they go under, they are a credit provider, so another company will most likely buy their debt for pennies on the dollar.
They don't charge currency conversion fees. Conversion at Mastercard's exchange rate.

Anyone not receive Velocity points for recent payments? Usually they come through instantly but after the latest maintenance on the weekend, have not received any points.
I just opened the app, and it says hold the phone, we are just doing a little maintenance. so yeah seems they might be having some issues at the moment! Previous attempts at contact with Bundll when the app was having issues they did not get back to me until everything is fixed.
