I was originally sent a Non Working Used/Beat-up looking watch in a Fossil packaging !!!!
I was disgusted to touch it upon unboxing - not exaggerating. Grime and sweat marks all over it. And the watch was not working either.
I complained via online chat support, was asked to place another online order for the same offer price (because the deal had expired by then) and return the disgusting one in-store.
Now fast forward to today - I have received the exact same watch with exact same dirt and sweat marks ! But this time in proper Casio packaging !

What are the chances ?
Is there any way to get them to actually investigate what is going on ?
Because the customer support seem to be just suggesting me to get it replaced / returned, but not hearing anything about investigating how this can really happen.
Does it matter how it happened? It happened… get a replacement or a refund
