Just noticed this deal is back on the EG Fuel Website. Not sure when it expires as I can’t make out the date in the graphic, however it looks like it’s just for the month of October.
I assume it is valid at all EG/Ampol and Caltex/Woolworths stations. You might want to check with the cashier before purchasing.

Doesn't say it excludes fuel purchases. 7 eleven (when the coffee was reasonably priced) use to have the same offer, and it included fuel.
