To round off the end of 2024, as promised the highly sought after click and collect option is now live (we did do a few small test of it earlier in the year, but ran into a few tech glitches while it was live, hopefully they're all sorted now). I really did want to wait until the new space experience was completed, but a few unforeseen external delays have happened along the way, so it won't be complete to the level I'd like until the new year. However, I promised Click and Collect would be live in 2024, so I'm just going to run with it and continue to progress the space and tech integration towards completion :)

Everyone loves a Boxing Day Sale, so we'd like to Thank You for your patience in waiting for this feature to be live and also for your fantastic support throughout 2024, so here we go!

We're offering you a 45% discount off our wonderfully delicious Thank You Blend,, only $24.46 per 1kg (usually $44.50 per 1kg).

Deal valid for orders placed until 01/01/2025, unless sold out before. Dispatch can happen for you as near as Tuesday and as far as the last Thursday in March (27/03/2025). Once a given dispatch date is at full capacity the green circle will be removed and date will turn red, first in best dressed :)

Some helpful info:

  • You're welcome to place multiple orders scheduled for dispatch at various dates (delayed dispatch) to make the most of this deal, we strive to dispatch our fresh coffee within 48 business hours of roasting
  • We're happy to accommodate dispatch date and click and collect/pickup changes, you just need to select a new dispatch date either via clicking the "Edit or View Your Order" button in the order confirmation page or simply logging into you Lime Blue Coffee account at least the day before the current date you have selected for your order
  • One dispatch per order
  • Please ensure you use the "shipping" dispatch date selector on the cart page if you'd like your order delivered to you and that you use the "click and collect" date/time selector if you'd like to pickup your order. If you plan to pickup your order please ensure you select the "pickup in store" delivery option on the checkout page, as this not only eliminates the shipping fee for you, but also allocates your order to the click and collect system we have in place, so it means you'll receive different notification messaging to assist you towards a smooth pickup experience
  • Any existing orders are unable to be changed from delivery to click and collect due to the different tech systems in place
  • Complimentary gift notes can be submitted via a reply message to your order confirmation email
  • The largest bag size we use is 1kg and it has a zip (it's resealable), for example if you order 4kg with 1kg packaging you will receive 4 x 1kg bags, you will not receive a single huge 4kg bag

      15 Cochranes Road, Moorabbin - it's an office share building, not the roastery, so if it's your first time picking up, follow the address - not the irresistible aroma of roasting coffee.;-)

        Hey @bilbies you're correct that there are offices at that location. However, that's not all that is located there. There's a coffee roaster (us), a bakery, a brewery, ten pin bowling, mini golf, and literally hundreds of other businesses from wholesale, to retail ecom, spread across over 51,000sqm. I sent a similar response to your earlier comment on the same line of query on 12/5/2024 and you responded "Sorry assuming this after seeing your address is an office building. I just never seen a physical roaster that you can’t pop in and pickup a bag of coffee" so I thought we were on the same page. If you need this clarified in further detail please feel welcome to send an email or even better you could just simply place a click and collect order to see the space :)

      hmm I assume you mean old stuff, rather than "old staff?" Whichever you mean, please be assured it isn't the case at all!!!

      This blend was named and launched towards the end of November 2023 and has been available on an ongoing basis since, it was given the name as a thank you for our terrific customer support throughout the year and also "…new blend our Thank You Blend, which is aptly named for this time of year as it's a terrific gift to give yourself or someone else :)"

      Our Thank You Blend is of comparable quality to the rest of our offerings and just like our other coffees is dispatched nice and fresh, as we strive for a roast-to-order model :)
