Heard that it has better noise cancelling, around the same sound signature with a bit more bass but also a bit less neutral. AP2 follows harman curve pretty nicely, I think the consensus is these for non-Apple users, AP2 for Apple users.

My normal portable set up are $2k custom IEMs running balanced out of a Qudelix 5k. I’m resigned to knowing nothing in the TWS world is going to come close to match that for sound quality.
I’m basically buying these with the understanding that these have the best ANC out of any in ear headphone, with “good enough” sound. If it doesn’t work out I will be returning them. Another reason why I jumped on the Amazon deal instead of Myer.
I'm on a very similar setup, but it's not CIEMs, only UIEMs. (64 Nio).
They're the best fit + NC combo in a TWS, in my opinion. Sound and imaging especially is surprisingly decent, but they're bass heavy.
I've had them since pre-release, as Bose forgot their own deadline and sent them to me on the 20th.
Yeah bass heavy is exactly what I’m after. I run JHA 13 v2s with the bass pod set to max lol

These look really good, got a camelx3 watch when they drop below $200, at this price there are better value for money TWS's imo, but still not a bad find OP :)
They were JUST released might be waiting awhile for a sub 200 price point and would more than likely say the III release before then considering the QuiteComforts BARELY hit $199 with the JB perk voucher for a day

In terms of using this on a plane, what do you guys recommend to pair this with the plane's entertainment system?
Noting potential latency issues as I'm fussy about that - ie. would hate hearing someone talk, then 1-2secs later seeing their mouth move
I got them straight away when they came out. The noise cancelling is amazing, I couldn't hear the dog barking next to me. It has however a very noticeable static noise/hiss on lower volumes or when audio is not playing, even when the ANC is fully turned off. I didn't experience this in other earbuds; I tried to get used to it but I couldn't so I'm returning them.
