Since when is there a service fee?
This is not even close to a dealConsidering that this is considered a deal and depending on your stores pricing the price slice makes it even cheaper than the above mentioned deal, I’d say this is a deal.

So another case of "it's impossible to pay the menu price".
IMO this is illegal - "If there is no way for a consumer to pay without paying a surcharge, the business must include the surcharge in the displayed price."
