You're paying $95 more for a Digital Download code, of a game you can get for $50 separately.
They are effectively forcing you to get a game (some may not want) and charging them $45 more than what you can get it for elsewhere.

Ok I do agree with that but just thought given how these things go super fast, I d still say whoever is super keen to get one will consider this a good deal due to shortages. But it seems to be getting better and better, I am sure prices should start to drop down a bit.
@Nick04: You can still get it if you want, but we want to signify on here that this is not a bargain by any description. If you want a PS5 quickly, get it, but this is a bargain website.
@kiriakoz: I do understand that it is a bargain website, but I do not see any downside in posting something that is in low supply but most people want it. It takes 5cm of website page, and people can ignore it if they dont want it. I was for my part one of the lucky ones to get it day one but was able to snatch one more for my nephew over Ozbargain site.
@Nick04: It's fine to post a product in low supply just like it's fine for us to indicate that this is in no way a bargain. You can easily get a PS5 for $799 but if you want to buy this due to low supply, ignore the negative votes, you know you're not buying it for the money saving.
Man, remember when game bundle consoles used to include like three games, an extra controller, and cool themed carrying case? And usually at a cheaper price than buying the console by itself.

There is no bargain, it is just corporate scalping. Bundles should be cheaper than separate purchases, NOT MORE EXPENSIVE!

I believe this is the 2021 model, CFI-1102A. The FIFA bundle has the 2022 model (6nm AMD Oberon Plus chip).
I don't understand why Sony would bundle a Digital game with a disc console. Just bundle it with the Digital console…

This has to stop. The pandemic is over. In fact the issue for the next 12-24 months for technology and especially computer based manufacturers is excess stock. The PS5 should not have increased in price. Watch computer parts and laptop prices fall off the cliff in the next six months. With laptops it's already happening.
Look at AMD's stock price fall due to reduced demand and too much stock. The price increase is blatant price gouging and should not be supported. We as consumers need to stop our FOMO or the like of Sony and Apple will never provide value. Apple was once regarded a luxury item but now every Jane and her dog has its logo on some product.
It'll still shock people. Believe me. I've had multiple people express their shock that lettuce prices have fallen… back to where they were before the floods temporarily limited supply and drove the prices up.
