Best Prepaid Android Phone under $100?

Hi all,

I need to get a pre-paid mobile phone to use for a few months and wanted keep the price under $100. Mainly incoming calls so included calls not too important.

After people's thoughts on the best pre-paid handset I can get for under $100. Prefer Optus, and prefer Android (but always been an Iphone person so no idea on best android to get).

Any good deals happening atm?

      And it also costs $230 minimum to purchase.

    Anyone knows how to get rid of the Telstra splash screen when you turn the P690F on? And the __% __ days left window on the Home screen?
