Customers using these plans should note that you are limited to three (3) e-Tickets per month, but you can ask as many questions here on the forums as you need to. Our paying customers will always take first priority, but responses should still be speedy.
Good on Cove to provide this package. One word of warning though, I was once offered something like that, and a few months later I receive an email saying they are unable to offer the free hosting any more. Nothing much I can do apart from backing up everything and move.
