I signed up for this deal https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/696770 with the Virgin card. I've fulfilled all spending and have received all points a week or so ago. I was wondering when I would receive the travel voucher? I can't find it on the Velocity site or in my email.
The current page says

So id suggest you need to contact them and request it or try that online link listed (https://virginmoney.com.au/products/credit-card/gift-voucher)

I got it after submitting that form in the comment above.
The title of the deal says: "40k Bonus Points, $300 Virgin Travel Credit or 6 Months Gold Status"
I'm pretty sure it's one of the three options. (Not 40K points plus either 300 travel credit or 6 months gold status)
