  Was going to go through with this deal at the 11th hour, until I read the TOS.

  The part where they can change the cost of your plan, and if you don't like it, then you can cancel and pay out the rest of your term.

  Pretty scummy behaviour to me.

      Not taking any chances if they written it in the terms, cos then they can turn around and say yep you agreed to it.

      I've never seen this wording on a contract in my life before from any provider.

    I went back to the JBHIFI store and asked for upgrade to 12.9 M1 iPad, they were happy to assist, was thinking about M2 but too pricy…
