How many is a handful? IIRC the government puts a limit on how many SIMs you can have. I think the limit is five.

I've had that this month. My issue was that i had an old telstra profile with no services attached. Boost cant sort it. Telstra wont sort it. Basically, they've taken your money, not provided a service, and refuse a refund (i have it in writing that they won't refund). So that's getting taken further.
My favourite bit of the process so far is where I raised a formal Complaint, they did an initial response, i told them id be away for a few days and would contact them when im back, they permanently closed the complaint with no way to reopen it. Any email to any of their addresses gets a "closed" auto-response if the case number is in subject or body. Unbelievable
Oh crap. I just got that message with trying to activate a boost card!
What did boost say when you contacted them ?
