They provide non leather cups with every pair, they are so much more comfortable
which aren't useful in australian summers if you have lived here for more than a year
I've used the velour pads for about 3 years through hot summers and haven't ever found them to be uncomfortable… But everyone is different I guess.
Had a pair, ended up returning it. Had 2 main issues with them
The earcups are noticibly shallower than any other headset/headphones ive used. The high-points of my ears make contact with the inner mesh lining and rub against the driver on the otherside
The earcups dont swivel left and right to contour to your headshape. Since they're mounted on the steel frame headband, they are very rigid not allowing for much flex. Makes sense and feels great in terms of build quality but the earcups dont make a secure and comfortable seal for me.
Also the audio profile for these can be adjusted through Logitech G Hub, but whatever profile these shipped with sounded extremely un-natural and muddled for me when gaming. Switching profiles and adjusting custom EQs didnt help much to fix it. I just couldn't be bothered in the end.
Obviously theyre all YMMV points
Agree with you on all, however definitely needed to switch to another profile for sound to be decent.
I have these, and would 100% buy them again
Software/Sounds/Comfortability is up there with the best headset ive ever had.
Problem is the plastic build quality. My ear cups were falling out of the headset after 2months. Plastic casings were absolutely useless from preventing the metal sliders from pushing them and cracking them.I prefer their G935 over these. The ear cups on the Pro X don’t swivel and don’t feel nearly as good. G935 are wireless too but only charge with micro usb.

https://www.amazon.com.au/Logitech-Wireless-Surround-LightSy…I have had these headphones for about a year now. They've been great for me with no issues.
Also had mine for a year and love the comfort and battery life. I've got a 64cm head with full hair and can have them on for 8 hours with little need to adjust for comfort or heat build up.
Sound quality is fantastic for my primary purpose - YouTube and FPS gaming. Surround sound is muddy but accurate positioning. Can I connect this headset to Bluetooth using my Logitech mouses dongle
Nope
I have had a pair for 1-2 years, really enjoying them. I have replaced the stock earcups with some from Brainwavz and they are super comfy.
Have a pair. Very similar to Cloud 2's imo. Just swap the stock leather cups with the velour cups in the box.
leather cups are horrible quality
