Has anyone tried these before and is it nice? I've only ever heard it promoted online by Youtubers/streamers.
It's just a bunch of chemicals with no proof they actually do anything beyond the added caffeine (especially the amino acids they love to point out, which your body produces already and unless you have a medical deficiency, taking supplements does nothing).
Just dressed up with pretty colours and heavily marketed towards younger generations as "helps gaming" and sold at a hefty premium.
