What is Standard International Shipping? Is that by boat?
Is there any tracking numbers?
WHy don't they have an email address?
Are they usually slack in responding to queries?

Don't be surprised if all of your orders get cancelled without even being notified, because it is pretty much a norm. Their prices are really good and you can buy from them but expect atleast half of your orders to be 'cancelled' because apparently they couldn't source the products from their supplier, only for them to continue selling those products on their website.

Shipping takes about 2 weeks generally. Standard shipping seems to be by air. Never any tracking, at least none that I have had.
I honestly don't know how they ship stuff for the price - I recently received the hugest box, if I was sending it from here would easily have cost $80+ to send back to the UK but they charged 99p.
Shipping usually 2 weeks. Though I received a parcel (from a different company) from Leeds UK yesterday, and it was posted last Thursday royal mail. 6 days total including weekend and public holiday! Amazingly fast.
I made an order for £90 and used a free international delivery code that can be used for orders £50 (INTD) and above. They cancelled most of my order and sent me only 1 item of £15.00 and charged me £1 for delivery. Are they suppose to charge me delivery fee if my original order was £90 and they cancelled some items due to them being out of stock. Any suggestions.
Probably not, but hardly seems worth the time of kicking up a stink.
So when it says "dispatched", will that get cancelled as well?
Is it registered postage in any way?

Dispatched should mean it is sent.
It is sent normal post - you do not have to sign for it - so just sent to you like any other non-registered parcel. For 99 pence you would not expect registered.
Well they do sell good bargains, but not all the shopping experiences are pleasant. I ordered one scarf. They sent me an incorrect item. After i sent it back for return, the same incorrect item miraculously returned.
I had to ask for refund eventually but I still have not got it.
I am still waiting for a game I ordered in early April that hasn't been sent still.

I ordered some jackets for my dad and other things. The jacket which was the main reason i bought it got canceled. They said they didn't charge me even though i paid through pay pal and i did in fact get charged. Took days for them to reply to the emails and weeks until i got my refund back. My Dior scarf also got lost in the mail (which was a gift) and i had to wait a month until i got a refund!
But there is no denying there price is cheap :)Just wondering how can I lodge my complaint against the Hut whilest we are in Australia? I am having trouble getting my refund after they sent incorrect items for the same order twice… I had to post it back each time and for the second time, I still have not got my refund and the reimbursement of postagae.

So once items have been dispatched you're pretty much in the clear for delivery time right?
shipping is around 2-3 weeks. they usually reply to the messages within 48 hours (use their in-built message/query system)….assuming you have an account with them and have placed an order (go to accounts > order history > query).
i'm also waiting on my purchase from them but they have replied to my messages within 24 hrs.
