    I just looked at the rate, for a corolla for 3 days the rate was $222 without the included insurances to ~$322 with the included insurances.

    One thing to consider is that your credit card may cover excess up to $5000, so best to look into that first.

    If I have already purchased motor vehicle insurance, what's the point of using the credit card insurance cover?

    Isn't that motor vehicle insurance from car rental company already reduced the excess to $0? Anyone can explain, please?
