  I went looking through old posts for this item & found a review by member @zz

  Bought from them before. Would not recommend and will never buy again. Item received was a bit different size and design than on the website pics (plus a couple more issues like scratches etc.). Remote is all in Chinese (doesn't matter it's Australian standard/approved ;)). Returned the item (paid myself for shipping) and they even charged me a restocking fee and refunded only ~ 82% of total amount I paid (they said this is classified as 'change of mind in their books'). Stay away from them.

      Yes I think if a business is going to take advantage of this website/community they need to try a bit harder than that.

  I got this last year from the EOFY sale and it took over 6 months to deliver. Thank god my house build was taking longer than this but the service from them is shocking.
