    There are only like a few companies that make memory.. five big memory suppliers — Samsung, SK Hynix, Micron, Toshiba/Toshiba Memory, and Western Digital/SanDisk.

    All the brands use these chips and the thing that stands apart are QTY and testing for comptability.

    If they have warranty your all good . Also Amazon does a good job in that department.. most ram companies provide lifetime warranty . Ram last a very long time.. longer then its useful lifespan
