Visual Voicemail, where you can click and listen to voicemail that presents date, time, number etc seems to be a rarity in Australia. Using Android, I still have to press 5 and press 1 etc for audio-only on Telstra. I get Message To Text but it's quite inaccurate.
Is the only option to buy an iPhone and use a carrier that supports visual voicemail?
Are there any Android alternatives?
It must be your set up / phone. Telstra definitely support visual voicemail (including Boost Mobile). I'm fairly sure Optus does also (and Coles Mobile too I believe).
I dont think Coles mobile has visual voicemail.

Boost Australia service consultant (via chat) is adament that they do NOT have VVM.
Can anyone confirm that this service is still functional on on a recent service connection to Boost and using an iPhone?

I used to have visual voicemail on android and boost mobile (Telstra).
