After purchase and completing a Pizza Hut order, fill out a survey within 2 days and get rewarded with a free Medium Cheese Lovers Pizza.

https://s.pizzahutsurvey.com/aus you can either find a code on the receipt or click on the order tracking and there will be a link with a picture of a Cheese Lovers Pizza with text, Do you have Feedback? Tell us how we did and receive a Free Medium Cheese Lovers.

You can use the code that will be emailed after completion of the survey on an order to receive the free Cheese Lovers Pizza.

    Thats odd, as it works on both the order in a web browser, and also the email confirmation.

  I got the code after purchase and it never seems to expire but it requires a full price pizza and you can't use any other codes with it. Not worth it tbh.

    Yeah. I believe this cannot be use with Tuesday BOGOF so not worth it.

      Nor can it be used on the unreal range. Better off using the 30% off code if you're paying full price.

    Agreed, not worth it. Especially from from my local pizza hut, which to be honest, I doubt i would eat even if you paid me.. its a really really bad franchise that puts almost no ingredients on.

  I remember when they first brought this out all you had to do was complete the survey and you could redeem the code for a free pizza… WITHOUT having to add a large pizza to it.

  I don't know why they changed it… I even had a code pinned in my email for several months that still said "Free pizza with your next order" until I tried to use it and found out it changed forcing me to add a large pizza to get a free pizza…

  I have always got the code next day after completing a survey. Have about 20 unclaimed at the moment from doing surveys from the free pizzas from the Olympics and the soccer. I use them when the $10 cashback offers are on and get a large pepperoni and med cheese for $0.95.

      There does not seem to be any expiry, i checked one that was 1 year old and it still worked.

    I have completed two surveys and waited a full 24hours, and I cannot find anything.

    I have looked in all folders including junk as well.

    Seems strange that many people report not receiving.

    But meh, not worth it if you have to buy a full price pizza to redeem, and they don't count the reduced 'unreal' pizzas.

    Think they would know that the survey is not getting a fully representative population, because people that bought with a voucher likely won't complete the survey, because you cannot use a voucher again to claim the reward.

      Did you read flaggers post about what they do with these cheese pizza codes? 95 cent large pizza plus a medium cheese pizza.
