  The 27s are 2 generations older since the current iteration is Kayano 29, don't shoes material break down after a couple of years? Is this an actual deal?

    i've got a pair of kayano 25's that i've done multiple half marathons, a marathons and a couple of seasons coaching footy in and they are still going. I have switched running shoe cause the cushion is gone, but rest of the shoe is fine.

    think the build quality of the kayanos are pretty good.
