Even measured at the tip with a 0 degree nozzle there is no way that’s getting 2600PSI…

Is this power washr specially for hipsters who go with the flo?

It's for the big bois, let me know when you get to our lvl.

      Lvl up brah.

  • Does anyone know if this is going to be any better than the popular $99 Ozito one from Bunnings? I need to buy one asap mainly for car wash.

    • +3

This has to be better coz it's 3x the Ozito price right?

  • +4

I think the 2600psi rating might be a bit generous, more like 2000psi give or take.

However the value is in the included kit. Try and find a pressure washer with a foamer, 15m hose and quick-connects that allow you to use generic accessories. The foam canon is pretty decent quality too.

Then it's also repairable, the manual includes an explosion diagram and parts are available from Bigboi (and probably from aliexpress if you can work out the model of pump)

It's a brushless motor too so it's a lot quieter than other pressure washers and the amount of work it can do is higher than an equivalent wattage brushed motor.

    • So you think its worth the extra $200?

      • +1

I think so but it comes down to personal preference as well, do you care about interchangeable accessories and reparability?

Just look up how much it will cost you to give the Ozito a 15m hose and quality foam gun - if it is even possible.

You do not want to be washing a car with anything less than 12m of hose otherwise you'll need to move the machine all the time.

If you are just looking at pure pushing water out of a nozzle power then they are probably similar.

Designed by detailers lol, 2600 psi will take paint off.

Decent detailers want an Italian brass pump that pushes out volume, not pressure, they won't use a $99 karcher rip off to wash cars.

These 'detailers' need to be trained better and need to stop ripping off other detailers phrases.

What do you recommend and suggest?

I've kind of got a detailers fetish with my new car and looking to upgrade my cheap all Gerni I currently use

      • +1

Same! Looks like I'm following you around @Spending2Much

  • I've got one of these. They're great. Not something to clean your house or pavers (but it can do it, slowly) but it's a great cleaner. Just make sure not to kink the hose.

    • Great? As a car washer pressure washer ? Is the hose prone to kink?

      • I have the early model and it has the same kind of hose material as this: https://www.ryobi.com.au/products/details/2100w-2750-psi-pre… which can kink. Careful storage and uncoiling of the hose will prevent this.

It's good for cleaning cars but the lack of LPM makes it slow for cleaning driveways, etc. Mentioned in my earlier post, the value isn't so much in the performance because you can get similar for around half the price but the accessories would quickly add up if you buy them separatley. Don't use the 0° nozzle because it can take off paint.
