Because Sony doesn't have game pass
They're both only timed exclusives for Playstation so there is the possibility of them coming to gamepass in the future.
@rekuhs: Given that Microsoft owns Deathloop, there is a significant likelihood of that one going to Game Pass, once the original Sony/Bethesda deal finishes.
It's like saying "I'll wait for Doctor Strange to come to Channel 10 on Friday's".

A better comment would be something like, Game Pass will have Deathloop in Sept if you can wait, and Ghostwire Tokyo in 2023 since the publisher is owned by Microsoft.

These are both seriously good games, absolutely worth it at this price! Got both at launch, and absolutely adored my time with them
Completely agree! Enjoyed Deathloop in particular very much once you get over the open loops and it converges together again.

Not for the PC version. You have to pay for postage (so it's about $35).
Deathloop is a cool game.
Ghostwire is great fun. If you go for 100% it's a chore but if you just wanna play through the story and have some fun running around Shibuya then it's well worth it.
There is a good chance that deathloop will come to game pass next month.

Is it me or Bethesda's games seem to be dropping significantly in price quite early? Not saying they should stay the same price for 4 years but man this is like a 70% off in 5 months which is even quicker than some of Ubisoft's games.

Or, wait for the time exclusive to expire. Microsoft is honouring that time exclusive, but once they end, Microsoft will add them to GamePass (for console and PC).
If you do want to get a PS5 partially because of these games, best to do that before the time exclusive expires. The value of these 2 games will likely drop even further then.
Ah of course - I completely forgot Microsoft owns both Arkane and Bethesda now… so makes sense the exclusivity to PS5 is time-limited.

I would have bought PS5 Deathloop for $29 but also would have soon regretted it as now it's about to be added to PS+ Extra!
