  The seat and the handlebars are at the same height. Isn't that really bad for posture?

    Why? What did you expect?
    On a road bike, you want the seat higher than handlebars.
    Same height is a more comfortable, relaxed position, and more common on a mountain bike.
    "Handlebars higher" , aka "sit up and beg", is reserved for old folks, or the Dutch.
