My dishwasher door seems to have discoloured on the inside so I'll see if this fixes it

Don't use vinegar. The vinegar can dissolve any rubber seals in the dishwasher. If you do end up using it, you have to dilute it. There are dishwasher cleaning solutions sold at ALDI. Not sure how this dishwasher cleaner is, but a dishwasher cleaner is worth it.
I have seen so much contradictory advice on this topic and I am unsure what to trust. Some websites suggest use vinegar for cleaning, while others say don't use it. Unsure what to trust and not.
Follow the instructions in your operating manual.
@Shwayne: No operating manual will ever say to use Vinegar. They all say to use their own products. For e.g., I have a Bosch and it says to use a Bosch Descaler.
Can you use it to clean your washing machine?
Yes. But you can also use 3 or 4 regular dishwasher tablets to clean the washing machine too

It works very well to clean gunk and smells out of teh machine and the hoses. You can get it from the big green shed or other hardware shops.
Tested this last night.
Didn't remove the stains in my dishwasher. The door of my dishwasher almost looks like it has burn stains?
Rest of the dishwasher seems clean so hard to tell if it did much.
