Puma fairly regularly do 40% off most stock sales (including already reduced items)
There are a number of excluded items in accessories and designer lines.
I was in the Puma outlet store in Alexandria (Sydney) on Sunday, which also had 40% off the lowest price of most items, with a couple of racks of 50% off.
T&C expiry date notes 4 August, but I figure they meant 4 September
I called to check if an item was included (some items are not getting the discount, but are not listed as excluded items)
-they resolved the issue online in 10 minutes.
