    Best smelling water.
    It's eau de toilette so yes it is water based just like all eau de toilette. If you want something oil based then you need to be looking at perfumes/colognes.

      As in, even though its an eau de toilette, because it lasts literally 15 minutes before disappearing it may as well be water ;)

      You pay for what you get.

        I find it lasts about 3-4 hours in moderate temperatures quite easily.

            Definitely during heatwaves it doesn't last long but yeah definitely half a day no prob
