Nice ANC earbuds, Great value.
bought mine at $2xx, been using over one year. Good for MS Teams meeting
Do you reckon will work great on Surface Pro? Planning to get one for Teams and iPhone
I bought a pair of these last time they were this price. They sound great, work pretty much flawlessly with my iPhone, and the ANC works well enough even when the fire alarm is blaring in my apartment. Recommended.
How about fit? Lots of complaints about the Sony x4, wonder if this is the same
I own the 65t and the XM3's. From what I understand the 65t and 85t aren't too different in terms of fit which is a good thing because the 65's fit brilliantly. The Sony's fit is really annoying; it improves over time but it's a challenge and cheese comparison. The mics on the Jabra are also better. What the Sony does a lot better is music.
Taken together though I would get the Jabras because of how much better the fit is
From my experiences, I'd get the 85s and would probably be very happy with them
Thanks for that
85t are a very different fit to the 65t. I found them to be incredibly uncomfortable for any extended use, where i found my 65t to be incredibly comfortable. They have a different shape for the ear piece and aren't as much of a sealed fit either.
The 85t have also had a lot of quality issues associated with them. Personally I just went and bought the Sony XM4 that was refurb on ebay in a previous deal to replace the 85t as i couldn't keep using them.
If i had the option, the 65t fit with the 85t functionality would be the sweet spot.
They fit well enough for me to be able to run with them for an hour or so, though the fit in one ear for me is a little precarious. They come with multiple sizes of those rubber things that go in the ear.
Sound quality compared to the infamous best bang for buck 75T?
stick with the 75t
The sound quality and ANC are far better on the 85T than the 75T.
Here's some good reading: https://www.rtings.com/headphones/tools/compare/jabra-elite-…
I don't know if it's be enough of a gap to upgrade, but if you're tossing up between the two it seems like a pretty easy choice at this price.
FYI i have a set of these thats 11months old and stopped charging past 30% and the case reports 80% charge regardless or charge or discharge. About to get a replacement set from Jabra support which has been a bit painful. Otherwise they work pretty well, with ANC on you do struggle to get more than 4hrs use of it. These are really good for teams calls though.
That's really good price!
