  • I think Kmart mop pads will be cheaper

    • Yup 3 for 10

  • Thanks.

Choice has reviewed this model but I don't have access unfortunately.

I can't see this model listed on the Choice steam mop page: https://www.choice.com.au/home-and-living/laundry-and-cleani…

But the other two Black & Decker models they do review don't rate well. Both are listed in the bottom third of all the models reviewed. Of course, that may not be an indication of how well this model performs

This is the page I found. https://www.choice.com.au/products/home-and-living/laundry-a… It's not exactly the same model, although I think the only difference is that this one comes with more attachments.

        Great. Thanks again.

Ahhh, I think Choice have removed it from the main page because it's listed as "Discontinued"

Anyway, the rating that Choice gave it puts it in the top 10, so at the price here, it's good value. The other high-ranking models are all $100-$400

Choice lists its good points as:

        • Can be used in hand-held mode to clean tiled walls, for instance.
        • Can be refilled on-the-go without having to let it cool down.
        • Its easy to move the mop head on the floor.
        • The mop pad is very easy to attach to the steam head with the hook and loop design.
  • Anyone have any experience using these, are they suitable for use on wood flooring?

    • Yes i use on polished wood floors. Does good job. Go to a big woolies store, u can find it for cheaper

    • Depends on which kind of wood, steam mop not recommend for timber wood.

  • bought one from woolies for like $40 (Half Price)

  • does anyone know if this comes with an attachment to allow it to 'glide' on carpet? can't find any details or info on an attachment that would be available separately.
there is one on amazon that comes up for teh FSM1600 and is fulfilled by amazon uk but unsure if it'll fit this head as well?
    thanks
