No. There are existing Aeroscope (30km drone tracking) installs in both countries. Ukraine claimed that some of theirs were intentionally broken by DJI. DJI disagrees.
in case you haven't read the news, one Russian general just hailed DJI's technology aiding the war invading Ukrain.
