Slow Downloads but Only from Specific Website

Hi All
(sorry, wasnt sure where to put this question)

Im getting REALLY slow downloads but only from a certain website (Navvis.com) and cant figure out why! I know it isnt my internet since i get good speedtest results, good torrent download speeds and no issues downloading from other sites. It seems to be specific to this site that we download large (2gb) files from for work. Others who i work with arent getting the same issue - my speeds seem to max out at 30-4- KB/s.

Any settings i can check via my router/computer?

    5 other people are downloading the exact same file at the same time and maxing out their internet…..

  Perhaps sub optimal routing from your ISP. What ISP are you with? What ISP are your work colleges with?

    That's one thing I was thinking - I'm with MATE. Downloading test files from Google max out my connection no worries!

      MATE switched from Vocus to Wireline for their backhaul. Other OzBargainers changed ISP and speeds were back to normal.

  Fixed! I'd read that MATE have been having major issues and so switched to superloop (literally took 10 minutes) and now it's done!
