Similar to the other Amazon Bosch deals this morning, probably the lowest price ever. Good for a bit of cleaning around the house, but if you already have a drill, might as well get cleaning attachment tips for it instead.

I was a bit persuaded by the video. We’re really bad at cleaning the shower and thought it might help. But looking at the reviews confirms my suspicions. Attachments are expensive and wear out fast. Doesn’t clean as well as they make out in the video, as in, slow.
I guess I’ll stick with heavy bush and elbow grease.
Thick paste of vinegar and baking powder (yes it is counterintuitive), cake it on the shower walls, let it sit for a few minutes and brush it off. Works well for me.
Thanks, might give that a try. Yeah counterintuitive, mixing vinegar and bicarb results in CO2, salt and water from memory. I’m not sure if there are any intermediate chemicals formed which clean. My mother in law said to mix the two down the sink as well but I’ve always thought it to be an urban myth.
I normally use diluted vinegar in a water sprayer and have started trying bicarb with work but probably not as well as bleach or other supermarket cleaners. We are on a worm farm septic tank so I don’t want to put bleach down the drain or it’ll kill the worms.
Worm farm septic - what a cool idea!
@WhyAmICommenting: Yeah it’s really great, previous owner (builder) installed it. I’m now a fan. Worms eat everything, all our black and grey water goes into it. Only water and worm castings come out. And you can chuck compost into it too (has a bottomless compost bin on the surface). I live rural so it was either that or traditional anaerobic septic tank. I am sure they got it installed by these guys here in Vic:
Heaps of good info on their website.
Agreed. Also, bleach is terrible for your skin and eyes as well, in an enclosed area. I can't edit my comment, I meant to say baking soda, not baking powder.
I find hitting the shower up with bleach and ammonia solves a problem or two.
Just get a brush head for your regular drill lol
Better still angle grinder spins faster and job gets done quicker
From the video demo, the brush appears to spin quite slowly. I don't trust its effectiveness because I had one of those "360 Spin Scrubber" and they don't spin fast either. Not a good cleaning tool and the battery won't hold a charge after a few months. These gadgets are kind of same same. So it's a no for me.
Can I clean my keyboard? Thanks
