That was me that posted that deal. I didn't end up pulling the trigger on the bonus points as the packs didn't go on sale. Bloody typical they are on sale after the deal expired!!
At least when Flybuys runs a bonus points deal the products are usually on sale at the same time
Tried to update an expiring Credit Card on my Dad's Prepaid Account, was on a plan that no longer exists at $10pm. Had the notification saying the details are expiring and need to be updated…. went to do so, lost plan.
Called them up, got transferred through 5 people before they hanged up on me mid transfer.
Tried again, got nowhere.
Switched to the $65 for 6 months instead, otherwise I'd have been forced to double his plan to $20pm when he doesn't even use any data anyway.
Awful call centre.
I won't neg, as I have myself, my wife, a sister and my mum with them as well… but they are horrible to deal with if you need to.

Nope, it's a starter pack. You'd need to port out to use it.

I recently perchased the $40 starter with the bonus rewards. Upon signing up I upgraded to the long expiry plan $60, 180 days referring my daughter. Total cost $60 - $17(rewards) - $10(referrer) - $10(referee) = $23. I only wanted another 10% woolworths shop per month. Now you can do this for $20
