Last time I had issues with something I bought and wad told contradictory info by multiple chat reps. Rep 1 said x but then rep 2 says x is wrong and its y. But rep 3 says x is correct but a few hours later rep 4 says y is correct…

Might as well buy from retailers direct - cheaper + can use PayPal and in some cases cashback.
And realistically - for $80min you'd get free shipping.

Yep customer service is non existent. Lucky i only use it to buy not sell.
Their checkout process has been half-broken for click & collect for months in spite of me making numerous reports. It literally prevents me from buying stuff. This alone tells you their management is utterly incompetent. It's sad to see because I've been using ebay since 2003 and until maybe 5 years ago it never skipped a beat. Just goes to show that scum rises to the top.
