  Seen all kinds of products branded with this mob on Amazon. I am not saying anything negative about them, just that they seem to make absolutely everything under the sun.

      Yep that is correct and what I should have typed. Most likely it's products from all different brands and manufacturers all bundled together into one brand name to give a more desirable appearance.

    What do you feel about established brands like Xiaomi doing the same thing?

      What do you mean by "same thing"? Xiaomi is making all types of products is good/bad? or do you mean Xiaomi is just putting their name on random products they had nothing to do with?

      Just because a brand put's their name on random products doesn't automatically make those products bad/terrible or good. I would evaluate those products on a case by case basis. For example Xiaomi Desk lamp = good. Xiaomi Fan = bad etc.

      In any case I haven't had much experience with Xiaomi products so I can't really comment on it. The only Xiaomi product I have is the round Motion sensor light. I am pretty happy with that particular product it has very long 8 to 12 month battery life and works well.

      Xiaomi is a known; they obviously make very judicious choices. That's why they are so popular.
