      Yeah, and as AMD and NVidia are expecting a slump and probably have a lot of AIB stock, you can expect further drops. I only got mine because at the time I needed one.

    Not a terrible bang for buck but with the 6600 XT having been $349 it's not a great buy at this price.

        They cards at this end of the line up were generally closer to the $100 mark this late in their lifecycle.

        Under $200 is probably not impossible, before the end of the year.

          They'll destroy the stock before letting rx6600s get sold for <$200 IMO, at least until comparable 7 series come out in a years time.

    Got this card last time it was $339(3 weeks ago), the build quality is very solid and the zero fan speed mode is nice to have.

    You'll get Saints Row from Epic Games and Forsaken on Steam. Activate your coupon code and wait for the launch date before a product key is assigned to you. This promo ends on September 10, so you still have lots of time to HODL.

      I got the 6700xt recently, and agree the zero fan speed is a good feature. Keeps the PC very quiet at idle. I think it gets going about 60 degrees.

      Interestingly if I speed up my case fans under load, even when the GPU says 80-90% the GPU temp is still under 60.

      Can RX 6600 DETHRONE the GTX 1080Ti? skip to 2 hours 40 mins.
      If you already have a 1080ti, it's not too much of an upgrade. For 1440p gaming, looks like 1080ti still performs better but not by much. For other things like video rendering I would assume 1080ti to be superior. I dont know how much a 1080ti cost in 2022, but I personally would still prefer the RX 6600 for sub $350.
