Probably not, they look like Windows games. If you have WAY too much time on your hands, you could try installing Crouton/Ubuntu/Wine on your chromebook and seeing if that could run some of them.
Thanks but I think that's out of my reach 😂
The vast majority of games on Epic are Windows only. Even when there is a steam release for Linux or Mac, it's still usually Windows only on Epic Games. (I'm a Mac user, myself.) Looking at the browse page of the store, the only OS in the filter by Platform section is Windows and Mac.
Aw sold my MBA for a Chromebook, guess there's gotta be a shortfall somewhere haha
Genuine questions are never dumb. We all have different knowledge 😉
Thanks, very new to the Chromebook world
Would be very interested to know how you find the transition.
If you're living / working mostly on Google's productivity and search platforms, and do little in the way CPU-intense tasks like video production, GPU-heavy games, etc., you'll probably not notice much I'd guess?
@Member 0230: ahhh , i sold my macbook as i barely went on it since having the kids. just use it for browsing, typing emails, netflix and kodi lol. I love it so far in terms of flexibility and portability. Also find it nice how everything links to my google account so my calendar, mail and everything is already in there. Havent tried any games so far as the only game i've downloaded it is more of a phone size game.
Where is the midnight dealbot post for next weeks Epic free game?
There isn't one so far. They might add one during the week, but currently the page is just showing a DLC for a free to play game.
Hey everyone, I really wanna know what's so interesting about this game? Would love to read about your experience.
Who said it’s interesting?
My guess is the number of upvotes
Just spent my whole evening playing this. It's fun!
Might be a dumb question, but would the games play on a Chromebook?
