Not this time, they were being sold for $7.50 during the promo. When you bought two bags, you got them, they discounted the socks to $0.00.

Thanks for the clarification, OP - nearly bought a few pairs before I read properly.
I saw them in riverwood Sydney, thought it came with some m &m, but was only socks by themselves. It's not even worth $2

Not entirely sure they can "sell" these as they were a promotional item for buying 2 medium bags of M&Ms and get free socks.
I could be wrong, but I thought promo material could not be sold for profit…. I am guessing at worst Mars incorporated, would not be happy about it
