Ive had a couple of damaged cans or an exploded bottle and they have on two occasions provided a partial refund or a goodwill credit for the damaged product or requested I send the non damaged ones back if I want a full refund.
Other time I had 3 explode over 2 boxes was offered a 10% refund and then the 2nd rep provided a full refund after they requested photo to the Cs email address and reviewed them.
@dazza826: I always remind them their policy states grocery items can’t be returned. I’ve never had them partially refund a food item.
