How often do the listings on each page change? Amazon's Sort functions seem to be broken (tried by high price first). Is it just as things go on sale and sell out?
@Frunk: I don't think that new stuff is being added anymore to these pages, but yeah I know that the sorting by price doesn't work on these pages so don't bother with that. That happened on these pages during Black Friday.

@Frunk: These clearance pages seemed to start during the Black Friday sales. Most of the things you are seeing now are the dregs. There have been new things from time to time but the vast majority have been sitting there for a long time.
Edit: I think today is the first day for a while that they've done a massive dump of new stuff. Obviously you need to get in fast to get the good stuff.

Amazon however may and does usually lodge a return to sender request for that consignment number.
It still has your name on it but the delivery address gets changed to their return depot.
Makes it very confusing for the lpo if it gets to you before it makes the way back to Amazon when they go to scan it to deliver it to you and it presents weirdly in their system.
Case in point :
1) I had some dog treats that were very late.
Amazon provided a refund, the items increased in price by 50% so wasn't keen to reorder them and they logged a return to sender.
Was advised by the lpo to come to the post office and there was an issue with delivery address.
Amazon were okay with me keeping the item in this case.
2) can pocolypse - a number of 10 packs of soft drink cans ordered didn't even make it to me or past one or two depots as ap flagged it as item damaged and amazon requested return to sender.
