As with all carbon steel knives, research a bit on how to take care of it e.g. wash and dry immediately after use especially for acidic foods, never put in the dishwasher. With a little effort you can keep this razor sharp forever. (Note it is normal for it to discolour slightly with use, that's part of the charm of using a carbon steel knife.)

Is the bevel 50/50 or right hand biased? I don't see the info listed on the manufacturer's website
The one I have here has more bevel on the right hand side of the blade when looking at the blade from a normal cutting posture.

Guess I'll leave it in the drawer until I learn how to sharpen properly.
@georgiechan: Just use it and enjoy it, it will be a while before you need to sharpen it anyhow, and when you do it will naturally keep the same kind of bevel (it takes a lot of effort to change it)

Then exactly 1 hour later at 14:21 another drop of 25 which I shared here.
Assuming the drops for this are set to trickle on a 1 hour timer then the next one would be at 15:21
Obviously not guaranteed, but you might get lucky.

If you were thinking of the Sanpellegrino and don't like flat I definitely would say don't bother. I had some flat and many have reported that there's was flat as well.
