I made purchases at 5 and 7.30pm, and so far neither has tracked.

I made a purchase at around 1pm on Sunday 31/7 and still not tracked.
Can't submit a missing cashback until after 7 days.
The fact that others here have tracked so quickly has got me worried.
I went to the eBay website on Chrome browser on computer. I have the ShopBack extension installed and activated via the ShopBack extension on Chrome and confirmed it was showing "GREEN" before I added the item to card and completed my purchase. Did not have anything in my cart before activating.
No codes were used.
Over 2 days now and still not tracked!
Same issue for me. Did two orders; the first (larger purchase) hasn’t tracked, the second later one has. Not feeling good about it.
Same here. Won’t tracked after a week. I hate submitting missing claims. Shopback always give us Robotic response for missing claim
Yep. And most times whenever I submit a missing claim it gets rejected, with generic reason why it was rejected.
So I don't have much hope here.
In most cases, if it doesn't get tracked - it means I won't receive cashback.
Submitting a missing claim rarely makes a difference.
7 days has passed now. Missing cashback claim submitted, and it is showing up as 'Pending' now. Can't say I have much confidence (or any) that I will ever receive this cashback, despite doing everything right.
I have a $5 off $15 voucher (via eBay Plus) - specifically didn't use this voucher so that I could qualify for the 12% SB cashback.
In hindsight I should have used the voucher. $5 saving on the order is better than $0 cashback.

Nope. Just the standard - appears as “pending” in your account - as with everything whenever you lodge a missing claim.
In past experience, more often than not missing claim have been unsuccessful (they get rejected after a period of pending)
That’s a shame - I now understand why so many choose cashrewards.
