      One bar has 42g of carbs. When I am doing a long run, I want about 60g of carbs per hour…. so, yes, this is "a lot" … but, no, its not close to replenishing the amount of carbs I use per hour of running. In fact, at a decent effort, I would use more carbs in 30minutes of running, probably even 20minutes.
