This is my real account. Spam accounts orders are "shipped" but no invoice generated. They had to give back 100 points from the poll as well which was funny.

Is anyone having orders shipped able to download invoices? Normally when orders are shipped invoices are raised.
No invoice but i can see my tracking has moved and been processed in Sydney

Well I had 2 accounts. One for me and one for wife. Ordered with mine and left my wife’s for later use. Her points are gone and my item still hasn’t shipped. Not complaining here, but should have placed an order with my wife’s account too. Sometimes it pays to be greedy lol

It is a legit promo. If you can find a screenshot of the promo, maybe try contacting Live Chat and see if they can add it back in "as a gesture of goodwill".
Contacted live chat and they said bad luck, bit provided an email if want to buy something and they will try to do a special deal on it. Lesson learnt, to spend free money is soon as get them. Also, not like I missed something, as it was free, but very happy for those who managed to get their orders through!

Found a DHL card in the letterbox. Have to go online to pick a redelivery date or arrange pickup at depot.

Points Removed - System Error

Whaaat?
I talked to online chat. This was their response:
"There was a technical glitch and hence you were able to view the promotion on the website. But it was removed day before yesterday."
"The other who have logged in before 28th July had their rewards."
Understand they pulled it off after overwhelming response received because of this Ozbargain post. But why they need to make up such lame excuse?
It’s not just unfair, but their promo specifically says it will end on 31st Jul:

@ozchobie: I have a feeling buried somewhere deep in their terms and conditions, and even the terms and conditions of their Rewards Program that they will probably have themselves covered if it was pressed by any sort of authority. Maybe a slap on the wrist at most, but if you've got some spare time to burn it's definitely worth rolling the dice with Lenovo support though

I was excited yesterday but when I checked online, it says order yet to be shipped and UPS tracking in shipment email doesn't work.
Because it is not UPS, but DHL.
It usually means on hold until the scheduled delivery date when it arrived early at undeliverable time such as wkends.
Not familiar with DHL but Google mentions they use this status for holidays and weekends…wishful thinking maybe..find out on Monday 😂
Hopefully they are not clawing back shipments

Mine say signature required but they were left at my doorstep without even a knock/ring. I guess it just depends on the actual delivery guy.

I receive deliveries everyday so I leave my gate like this. Most delivery drivers understand the assignment and no signature is required for this purpose
