    I've flown business a couple times this year from Melbourne to Manila (they had them for about $1900 return in May), seats were like the link below.

    They aren't top end but definitely comfortable and spacious, I am 5'11 and there is plenty of room to completely lie flat.

  Just a word of warning. PAL business class is barely tolerable for a few hours, much less for that long. It is a decent price however and if you consider yourself happy in Y then you will be very happy J with them.

  Do yourself a favour and watch some youtube videos about their J product.

      I believe their planes have been modernised since the above. For Melbourne and Sydney, it's the same plane though (A330) but newer seating e.g. direct aisle access, similar to Qantas' layout. Manila to Vancouver is in a 777 but not too different in seating.

      Surprisingly Brisbane to Manila is actually in an A321, for 8 hours. It is in 2-2 x 3 config.

        Agree, I responded to a comment above however the seats are very comfortable and spacious now.

  Their business on A350 is as good as it could be.
  Can't say the same of the business lounge in Manilla.

  Up to you if you accept the layover on the way back.

  For sure very attractive price point.
