Link goes to the 4 pack one. There is a 5 pack (orange) in your store but the coupon code is not valid for that item.

Edit: The OP has fixed the description.

    • Edit: But not the cables.

I like their gummie bears better

2x2m gummie bears would be an amazing deal.

I hate braided cables - scratchy.. maybe it's my OCD.

Quite a number of reviews that make the product seem a bit iffy in terms of reliability.

    • dont need to scroll to read review, from the title i know something off… too cheap for apple compatible/ MFI product.. steve jobs is expensive

I thought so too, but "Haribol Sync&Charge cable Ho-OR005" can actually be found in Apple's MFI lookup tool. Unfortunately that doesn't say much about the quality, though.

    • I bought these last time. They are okay. Pretty flimsy. One died from cable strain, another when the pins pulled straight out of the cable.

For the price, it’s probably fine for cheap backup cables.

Previously got these, can confirm they are intermittent and die with a few months

Hot tip with cables and longevity - stop using your phone while you are charging it.

When I was a high school student and had to charge my phone lots I churned through cables so fast because I would use it whilst it was charging. Now when I charge my phone stays put on my desk and the only time I have had to replace my cables is when I misplace them somewhere. Just an idea to make these cheapies last a bit longer.

    • Why is that?

      • I think it’s more to do with abuse of the cable with pressure and/or movement of the connector to the phone. Seen so many people just “rest” the phone on their stomach/chest while charging. Unfortunately we don’t stay still.

    • Yup, same here. I always leave my phone alone while charging.

  • I bought these black Friday 2020. All but one of the cables died within weeks or months. The one remaining cable still works. Dodgy company but if your lucky things might work out.
