  • Nice…

Any good deals on the mi band 7 Pro ?

    • +9

I think it's a bit too early at this stage. I just ran the coupon against 60 listings and they only applied on new stores with 0% feedback that weren't even cheap.

Damn, I just got mine recently with a spare charging cable for like $65. Highly recommended, just use the Zepp Life app if you want google fit integration. Doesn't sync blood oxygen for some reason so I have contacted the developer through the app, hopefully this is added soon.

    • +2

And if you log into the zepp app with your mi account you can link to Strava and relive too. Then go back to the zepp life app for general use with exercises feeding through in the back end

Is it normal aliexpress shipping (aka 1+ month)?

    • +2

Potentially. Below are the times ordered and received for my last 7 orders. Reasonably quick for China and "AliExpress Standard" shipping where sometimes the AI decides the courier in your favour ;)

      June 23 - July 11
      June 30 - July 14 x4
      June 30 - July 19
      July 1 - July 18

      • +1

That's too good to be the aliexpress speed in my impression lol, usually 1 mth +. Tks for sharing!

        • +1

I've been getting better shipping times from ali recently, I think they've stepped up their logistics. I also have stuff getting bundled from different shops into single packages and often faster shipping as a result. There's still some stuff that takes ages though. The last two things I've had shipped from Singapore have taken absolutely forever for some reason.

Does global version have nfc yet?

    • +6

      NFC is still China-only.

    • +2

If it has nfc (that works at western countries), will be sold out by the time you ask :)

      • Yes going to be popular at this price range

      • +1

Yes no NFC is a big letdown, still a good watch for the money but going to have to jump ship for the wifes new watch after waiting months for this.

        • +1

But it does have NFC — you just can’t use it to pay for anything, unless they accept this watch as a trade

          • +1

@tharlow: Agree. It has. Loke i said, the nfc that works in western countries

          • +1

@tharlow: Yes so it has NFC… No Financial Communication.

    Is this quartz or automatic?

    • Not sure, but typically you wind it around your wrist

  • This doesn't have a mic right? So I can't use it to tell google assistant to send say, a whatsapp message transcribed from voice?

  • +1

What! No GPS. I'll keep my current one.

    • Which is? $700 garmin? Alrightooooo

      • +1

        The "Pro" is.

  • Any deal for band 5 or 6?

  • The coupon only discounts $4.47. Am I doing something wrong?
