Referrer gets $50 for share trading and $250 for CFD after 5 qualifying transactions.
Are they CHESS sponsored?
Looks like its custodian, not chess sponsored. https://www.ig.com/au/glossary-trading-terms/custodian-defin….
Better off at stake with $3.00 CHESS sponsored trades.
I moved away from IG years ago when there was an inactivity fee for buy and hold trading
"Until the end of August 2022"
after that minimum of
$5 commission or 0.05% if you’ve placed three or more trades in the preceding month
$8 commission or 0.1% if you’ve placed fewer than three trades in the preceding month
May as well stick with CMC or Stake
Those t&cs..
It’s actually $2.50 or 0.05% commission (which ever is higher).
Runs only until August 31st then reverts to standard pricing.
Standard pricing:
For active traders, pay just $5 commission, or 0.05%, on all Australian shares if you've traded shares three or more times in the previous month. Otherwise pay just $8 commission, or 0.1%, on Australian shares.
Not CHESS sponsored.
Anyone recommend a good company to keep my shares with
Had them with anz collecting dust for the next 10 years and anz has advised they are now charging annual fees
Any good chess sponsored spot to set and forget ?
Selfwealth seem pretty good from my recent and limited experience.
Commsec, no fees, also the no fee linked bank account CDIA is great as well.
Stick to Stake and CMC this is crap
Plus there's the $50 quarterly fee if you don't trade at least 3 times.
Oddly they don't even mention this on their fees page that I can find.

I would not deal with these guys again. Terrible service!
How much do they normally charge?
