Hello fellow ozb's. New home owner for the first time in Sydney. The quote from flick for chemical refill is coming at $422 in addition to the cost for termite inspection ($265) and pest control ($300). I have a medium sized home. I looked online and on ozb but no information on how much it should be. I only have been here for 10 months and the builder apparently didn't get the chemical refill done prior to handover. Thanks for genuine helpful replies.

I’m getting termite baiting done through a professional at the moment and the base cost for the chemicals they are using have gone up. They are paying $700, but it’s a very large property and a specific chemical. But essentially the chemicals aren’t cheap.
